2КМ
2KM is a duet of two artists Artur Krivoshein and Vlad Maltsev.
Artur Krivoshein
He was born in Ufa in 1994.
He is a graduate of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (2012-2018) and the Free Workshops School of Contemporary Art at MMOMA (2021-2022). He lives and works in Moscow and Paris.
Arthur's works are in private collections.
In Arthur's works, abstraction is a way of knowing and recording the processes of variability of the surrounding world and making decisions that affect our lives. The artist's paintings begin with a single point on the canvas and end with a multi-layered mass of elements, like our thoughts, which overlap and intertwine with each other for further actions. The final outcome of a particular work is never initially known to the artist, but working on a canvas is not a pure improvisation, but rather a thought process, decision-making and choice that a person is doomed to make endlessly.

"My art is like a wandering nomad, a punk-jazz-rap artist with linear boldness and deliberately ignorant forms in which I express my worldview and the full range of humanitarian dimensions. Art –. Telling stories that happened on the way, but it seems sometimes time travelers doing a "monkey trick" with David Teniers Jr. (humor) depending on my mood, but it's important here that the plot is kind of "at hand" something like this: "Last night with friends playing billiards, where the black ball in The American pool was so bad that the game ended instantly or hiking in the mountains in sunny weather, where I can charge my Garmin from the sun and I have to take a picture right away, as I am very impatient. You can continue here for a long time, but I'll leave some of my thoughts for future work."
