Goncharova Daria
In her works, the artist reflects on the fragile constructions that exist both within society and on its periphery. The theme of the trace left behind and the contact with it, as well as the area of involuntary memory, interests her as an opportunity for spontaneous, almost random convergence.
In the author's practice, participatory methods are the key and used to build a dialog with the outside world, which can influence the overall course of the process and allow for elements of chance.

"Considering everyday processes as an area of emotional, deeply personal, private living that is difficult to enter without a personal invitation, I modulate different situations. I use them to understand how flexible and receptive this boundary can be. For example, in the project "Strangers" I built communication with strangers through a mediator, and in the project "Worlds i [i]" I worked with anonymous data from libraries in different cities. Such processes at the same time allow me to experiment with my own boundaries."
